Symptoms
Back pain, leg pain or heaviness with walking, and relief when sitting or bending forward.

Diagnosis
Clinical assessment and imaging (MRI or CT).

Treatment
Physical therapy, activity modification, NSAIDs, injections, and surgery for severe cases.

Progressive weakness or loss of bowel/bladder control requires urgent evaluation.
