Overview
Spondylolisthesis is slippage of one vertebra over another, which can compress nerves.

Symptoms
Low back pain, hamstring tightness, and possible leg symptoms.

Diagnosis
X‑ray and MRI if neurologic symptoms are present.

Treatment
Physical therapy, activity modification, bracing, and surgery for severe or progressive cases.

When to seek care
Leg weakness, numbness, or severe pain should be evaluated.
